Key Responsibilities: Conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance. Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines. Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades. Minimum Qualifications Minimum age of 21 years Valid state-issued driver's license Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification. Minimum Qualifications... Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications. 21 years of age or older. Valid state-issued driver’s license. No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years. No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle. No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle. No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle. Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification pre- hire. As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language. 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry Preferred Qualifications... Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and be able to maintain a minimum of a 90 day Medical Examiner’s Certification (MEC) card, Associate’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related area., Experience in third-party management., Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish., State/local licensing where required (for example, Florida, Texas, California, etc).
