We specialize in short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing services, and long-term care, helping residents recover, regain independence, and achieve their highest level of well-being.Our team is committed to creating a welcoming environment where residents thrive and employees feel valued, supported, and empowered.Position SummaryThe Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the highest standards of clinical care.
