What To Expect
We are looking for a Engineering Technician who will be responsible for preparing prototype and production level vehicles for chassis controls testing. This full time role requires the flexibility of traveling (30%) to various domestic and international destinations in summer and winter conditions. You will enable the testing of safety critical chassis controls software (Traction Control, Stability Control, Steering, ABS, etc.). What You'll Do Support prototype vehicle buildsMaintain vehicles and update to latest specificationsProvide vehicle support at remote proving groundsDiagnose mechanical and electrical issuesPerform vehicle inspectionsTrack prototype partsCoordinate vehicle and equipment logisticsCommunicate issues discovered clearly and directly Seasonal travel to proving grounds around the world (40%) What You'll Bring 3+ years Vehicle Technician experienceValid driver's license required Strong workmanship and attention to detailAble to work against high-level goals without day to day oversightAble to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environmentFabrication skills, preferredExposure to vehicle testing, preferredKnowledge of CAN architecture, preferred Benefits
Compensation and Benefits
