Rails and Transit Project Director

Project DirectorWe are seeking a Project Director with experience in Transit Facilities, ADA Improvements, and State-of-Good-Repair to join our Rails and Transit team in New York, NY.Your roleGrow, nurture, and strengthen external relationships with key clients, contractors, business partners, and competitors. Drive joint initiatives and use networks to influence and close deals.Oversee the delivery of complex projects (e.g. design-build and GEC), ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.Act as a role model and ambassador for the company, representing the brand, vision, and value proposition both internally and externally.Build and maintain strong networks with clients including public agencies and/or contractors, manage client accounts, and create a client-centric vision for business development.Lead proposals and business development efforts.Establish and nurture an innovative, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.About youA bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a master's degree.P.E. or R.A.
