Customer Service Representative

Mincey Install was family founded in 1989 as the original installation company for Mincey Marble products.We provide commercial installation of those products in seven southern states.We sell and ship the products to install Mincey Marble all over North America.Our products are proudly made in the USA and are used in almost every hotel chain.In recent years, we have expanded to serve multi family, assisted living and student housing. We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our small team in Dahlonega GA. This position is responsible for providing administrative and customer support. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for a small business. Maintain files and product sales systems Manage estimates for product sales with follow up via email and phone. Handle incoming calls and emails for customer service. Invoice and payment management, including sending invoices via quickbooks for order processing. Manage shipping systems for freight carriers, and tracking of shipments Candidates for consideration will have: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in customer service via phone and email Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Quickbooks invoicing Ability to prioritize and multi task Full time in person position Working hours could accommodate families with school age children #J-18808-Ljbffr Mincey Install
