You’ll greet customers, listen to their needs, prepare accurateserviceestimates, and ensure that their machines are repaired efficiently and correctly. This role is key to maintaining the customer experience and keeping ourservicedepartment running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Answer phones and schedule customer needs Greet customers and provide friendly, professionalservice Documentserviceconcerns and machine issues clearly and accurately Prepare repair estimates and explain them in a way customers understand Coordinate with technicians to ensure timelyservice Handle payments and processservicetransactions Keep theservicearea clean, organized, and customer-ready Communicate with customers throughout the repair process What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience as aService Advisoror in a similar role (Auto, Marine, or Powersports) Knowledge of off-road machines a plus! Servicewriting, and basic repair processes Strong communication and customerserviceskills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems Physically able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day Interested?
