Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Proficiency in delivering both direct and consultative OT services
- Strong understanding of IEP development and documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Skilled in creating and implementing sensory and motor interventions
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across three schools
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators and special education teams on student support strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and follow all compliance requirements
- Engage in ongoing communication with families regarding student progress
