Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide compassionate and efficient care to emergency department patients
• Work collaboratively with the ED team for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain AIDET standards and update patient boards continuously
• Utilize Cerner for documentation purposes
• Be adaptable to work in all areas of the Emergency Department

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Active RN license with ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center or similar high-volume ED
• At least 1-year experience specifically in an ER setting
• Strong teamwork mentality and ability to coach and provide real-time feedback
