This is not a “keep the lights on” role. This is a growth-driving, results-focused leadership position reporting directly to the Owner.You’ll oversee Maintenance, Client Management, Property Management, and Leasing — ensuring they operate as a unified, high-performing machine. You’ll be the Owner’s strategic partner, helping take the company from 400 doors to 750 doors by December 31, 2027.
