Currently seeking a full time receptionist to operate the front desk in a 2-provider medical practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Patient Check-In/Out
- Answering phone lines
- Billing sheet/report preparation
- Insurance Verifications/Referrals/Prior Authorizations
- Patient Scheduling
- Payment Processing
- Scanning
- Other duties as assigned
Successful Candidates:
- Are experienced working in a team
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a medical office setting
- Are able to maintain a positive, friendly attitude
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records software
- Capable of working in a high speed environment
- Comfortable taking on a variety of different tasks
- Experience in a Cardiology office a plus
Employees are eligible for a 401K plan after one year of full time employment, and can choose to take advantage of an employee funded Group Dental Plan.
