You'll be working directly with customers, helping them understand what their vehicle needs, and keeping everything moving between them and the technicians. A big part of the job is communication - making sure people feel informed and confident in what they're doing. You should be comfortable making recommendations and explaining them in a way that makes sense. The goal is to take care of people and help them make good decisions, not just write up tickets. Top performers land toward the higher end of that range. What we're looking for: Experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role Someone who communicates well and stays organized Basic understanding of vehicles Comfortable using computers and shop systems
