A growing skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization is seeking an experienced Ast to the Business Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of one of our facilities. Responsibilities

• Assist in Overseeing the daily operations of the Business Office.

• Manage resident trust accounts and petty cash.

• Coordinate private pay billing, collections, and accounts receivable.

• Verify insurance coverage and maintain accurate financial records.

• Work closely with Admissions, Social Services, Nursing, and Corporate Billing to ensure accurate resident financial information.

• Assist residents and families with billing questions and financial matters.

• Process Medicaid applications and redeterminations as needed.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.

• Maintain confidentiality of resident financial information.

• Prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end processes.

• Support audits and regulatory surveys.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Business Office experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required.

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and private pay billing.

• Experience with accounts receivable, collections, and resident trust funds.

• Strong understanding of long-term care reimbursement.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic healthcare systems.

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.

• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or other long-term care software.

• Previous supervisory or management experience.

• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Medicaid processes (if applicable).
