We are looking for a Head of Retail & eCommerce to lead our Omni-channel business footprint in the US and serve as the ultimate custodian of our premium brand image.

What You’ll Do

You will oversee our Beauty Specialty Retail Sales & eCommerce Accounts. Your core mission will cover:

• Strategic Business Planning: Design, establish, and execute our annual retail sales strategy and business plans in strict alignment with ISDIN’s global growth milestones.
• Commercial Growth: Drive tailored commercial strategies with retail and digital partners to expand portfolio/SKU penetration and unlock opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage our Account Executives to ensure flawless execution across marketing campaigns, pricing alignment, and brand positioning.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze store sales data, inventory reports, and customer purchasing habits to push slow-moving SKUs and design localized commercial strategies.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen long-term, high-level relationships with top-tier commercial partners and stakeholders.
• Budgeting: Strategically allocate and manage the department's activation budget to optimize commercial spend and directly drive strong ROI.
• Brand Custodian: Ensure our premium image, corporate values, and reputation are impeccably represented across all digital and commercial touchpoints.

What We Are Looking For

• Someone who can design long-term business plans, but isn't afraid to dive deep into end-to-end analytical data and inventory reports. A leader that will guide our Account Executives toward flawless commercial execution. A natural communicator who can smoothly manage high-level partnerships with retail giants and digital marketplaces. And someone who aligns with our core pillars of empathy, inclusion, and sustainability, treating our reputation with utmost care.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Education & Core Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar relevant field.

Experience & Proven Track Record

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Key Account Management (KAM) and Retail Marketing.
• Proven experience growing brands within Beauty Specialty Retailers. (Sephora is a plus)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing digital & sales strategies.
• Preferred background in the beauty, dermocosmetics, or consumer goods sector.

Skills & Key Competencies

• Direct experience with P&L and Budget Management.
• Practical CRM & ERP proficiency.
• Strong inventory and category management acumen, alongside strategic cross-selling capabilities.
• Excellent data analytics skills to track, measure, and optimize performance.
