This is a part time position that has potential to become full time.
We know that there are many ABA companies to choose from in the DC Metro area. T-Ten Services is a small ABA company that wishes to foster an enjoyable and fulfilling work environment. In fact, our employee retention rate is over 3 years!
We accomplish this high retention rate through 2 key concepts, flexibility and quality .
Examples of quality offered at T-Ten:
-We have a small family feel with both our employees and our clients.
-We give support and training beyond the BACB minimum supervision requirements.
-The owners are BCBA’s who still work in the field.
-We screen clients to ensure that our values align so that we can have a fulfilling and successful long term working relationship.
-We treat every client differently and use an individualized approach- no cookie cutter programming here!
-We train individually for every new client. We never want our therapists to feel unprepared or uncomfortable.
-We foster learning and growth through tuition and conference reimbursement.
-We offer monthly additional staff training as well as quarterly social events. This is a hard job and we want everyone to feel supported and among like-minded people!
-We stay up to date on ABA best practices, such as assent and trauma-informed methods.
Examples of flexibility offered at T-Ten:
-You can work as many or as little hours as you would like. You provide your availability, and we will work to fill your desired ours.
-You can provide a driving radius.
-We work with you to pair you with clients whom you can enjoy and are interested in working with.
-We offer higher pay for weekends!

Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Strong understanding of behavioral health and applied behavior analysis
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficient in medical documentation and terminology
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient care standards
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and behavior management techniques
- Experience in special education settings is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavioral health and patient care.
- Implement and monitor care plans, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and proper medical documentation.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and behavior management strategies.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote skill development, particularly with children and individuals with autism.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes and collect research data as needed.
