Job Overview

Responsibilities  

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff in food handling, customer service, and restaurant management practices.
• Oversee inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food service operations.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Skills  

• Minimum 2 years' experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, food handling procedures, and health regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to develop, train, motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
