WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $175,000 - $$225,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join our Defense team!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Ten (10) years of relevant experience including at least six (6) years leading enterprise IT operations.
• Enterprise IT operations leadership experience.
• ITIL process knowledge.
• Experience managing service desk/NOSC or infrastructure operations.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, RMF, cloud, and asset management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical teams in a high-tempo DoD environment.

Certifications

• 8140 Aligned IT Operations role.
  • BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.

OR at least one of these

• Security X/ CASP+
• DAWIA PM Practitioner
• GSEC
• Security + preferred

Education

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.

Clearance

• Secret

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run daily operations battle rhythm.
• Coordinate functional leads.
• Monitor service performance.
• Ensure incident requests, problems, changes, and escalation processes are effective.
• Staffing and schedule management.
• Maintain operational dashboards.
• Coordinate with PM on risks, issues, staffing, and customer priorities.
• Ensure technical teams meet performance standards and reporting requirements.
