Auto Property Damage Adjuster

Working remotely in a permanent position, the Auto Property Damage Litigation Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Evaluates, negotiates, and settles complex unrepresented, represented, and/or litigation claims in accordance with business unit best practices Collaborates with defense counsel to establish negotiation and litigation strategies Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making processes Required qualifications 3 or more years of experience in claims handling (preferred) Experience with automobile accident investigations and property damage assessments Proficiency in utilizing negotiation platforms and tools Ability to communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels Knowledge of claims documentation and reserve management
