Job Opportunity – OB/GYN Physician – Massachusetts

Start Date: July 6, 2026
Location: Massachusetts
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Day and night shift positions available. Initial coverage periods: July 6–10 and July 13–17

Highlights:

• High-acuity hospital-based obstetrics setting with average of 4–5 deliveries daily, up to 20
• Comprehensive scope including intrapartum care, postpartum management, and OB triage
• Resident support and consultation services; fetal monitoring interpretation required
• Epic EMR system utilized for all charting and documentation
• Emergency privileges available to expedite credentialing process
• Call coverage during assigned shifts; no first assist responsibilities

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
• Active Massachusetts medical license (facility not sponsoring new licenses)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and BLS certifications current
• Minimum 3 years of hospital-based OB/GYN experience required
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring, normal labor management, delivery, episiotomy and perineal repairs
• Experience with history and physical examinations, laboratory interpretation, and consultation services
