Overview DashMart is a local‑fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, delivering household essentials and other items to customers’ doorsteps quickly and reliably. Variable Schedule Operations Associate As a Variable Schedule Operations Associate, you will pick up open shifts through the scheduling app. Shifts can open ahead of time or pop up at the last minute. You are expected to work at least one shift every four weeks, with a minimum of four hours per shift. You will receive initial onboarding and a 4‑hour on‑the‑job training shift within 14 days, after which you can choose shifts that fit your schedule. Responsibilities Pick and pack orders that come through the DoorDash app and hand them off to Dashers. Stock receivables, manage inventory, and monitor shelf life. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer and keep customers delighted. Benefits & Compensation Market‑competitive pay ($16.35–$16.35/hour). Hourly premium of $2/hour for 10 pm–6 am shifts. Opportunity for pay increases twice a year based on performance. Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave. Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations. Detail‑oriented with a passion for fresh food quality and safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation). High school diploma or GED. Willings to complete a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.
