Are you looking for a position where you can expand on your accounting and HR skills? This company is looking for someone with an accounting/payroll background that can also assist with HR duties. This group is a locally owned and operated management company with over 30 years of experience serving communities throughout Central Indiana. Duties Include:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable operations across a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Handle quarterly escrow draw submissions to the lender, including documentation preparation and follow‐through.
• Support month-end close activities, such as bank reconciliations, routine journal entries, and preparation of budget-to-actual variance reports.
• Produce various internal reports and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Enter and verify bi‐weekly payroll data for roughly 100 employees, confirming correct hours, earnings, deductions, and adjustments.
• Provide day‐to‐day employee support, responding to questions related to compensation, benefits, and organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, oversee file organization (with a transition toward digital storage), and complete HRIS updates.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, terminations, and updates to personnel information.
• Assist with performance review coordination, workers’ compensation administration, census reporting, and benefits-related tasks.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office

3+ years payroll experience
