Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale applications using modern Java technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, Kafka, Oracle, Cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and Test Automation. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on development, architecture design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
10-15 years of software development experience with Java Full Stack technologies.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
Strong expertise in Java 11+/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs and event-driven applications using Kafka.
Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB databases.
Experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and application security.
Hands-on experience with Selenium and Test Automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
BFSI domain experience is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise Java Full Stack applications.
Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
Review application design, source code, and deployment strategies.
Develop backend services using Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka.
Build responsive frontend applications using React/Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Design, develop, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
Design scalable cloud-native and microservices-based solutions.
Define API integration standards, security frameworks, and solution architecture.
Participate in technical estimations, solution design, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders.
Break down business requirements into technical user stories and implementation tasks.
Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams to ensure coding quality.
Drive unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and test automation.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices for secure deployments.
Monitor production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure application reliability.
Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, compliance, and quality standards while delivering projects on schedule.
