Star Programs Specialist: Provider Training & QA

Paycom

Clever Care Health Plan is seeking a Star Programs Specialist to help deploy member experience improvement strategies and collect feedback across channels. The role coordinates with the Network/Provider Relations and Customer Service teams to train staff and resolve incidents. The candidate will support Star/CAHPS initiatives, facilitate provider outreach, and help maintain documentation for quality improvement efforts. Travel to provider offices may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
