This opportunity offers the chance to practice in a supportive, team-based environment focused on patient-centered care and community impact.Practice Overview* Provide psychiatric care within an inpatient behavioral health program offering a structured, therapeutic environment* Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, and mental health technicians* Participate in a Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) providing 24-hour crisis services for both adults and children* Practice within a system committed to seamless, coordinated psychiatric care across levels of acuityCompensation and Benefits* Competitive starting salary ranging from $250,000 to $360,000, based on experience* Comprehensive employment benefits packageLocation and LifestyleThis opportunity is located in Binghamton, New York, approximately 2.5 hours north of New York City and one hour from Syracuse.
