Leasing Manager

Leasing Manager In collaboration with the General Manager, you will develop sales strategies and lead the sales team to improve and maximize company revenue. Our Leasing Managers are problem‑solvers who see the bigger picture and are passionate about investing in the entire team’s success. Responsibilities Develop sales strategies in partnership with the General Manager. Lead and coach the sales team to achieve revenue goals. Maximize residency revenue through increased closing ratios and exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations. Provide signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors. Handle stressful, urgent, and diverse work situations with excellent communication. Qualifications 1-2 years of prior experience in residential property management sales. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent communicator and sales leader. Passionate about training and coaching to maximize community sales results.
