HVAC Install Manager Department: HVAC Employment Type: Full Time Location: Greater Los Angeles, CA Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000 / year Description A well-established residential home services company in the greater Los Angeles area is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead their installation department. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running a team of installers, keeping jobs on schedule, and holding the crew to a high standard of quality and workmanship. Total compensation ranges from $75,000 to $115,000 per year, including a department performance bonus, and the position is available immediately. Key Responsibilities Lead, schedule, and manage a team of HVAC installers from job handoff through completion Ensure every installation meets code, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards Coordinate with sales, service, and the install coordinator to keep the schedule full and on track Conduct quality checks and final walkthroughs to protect customer satisfaction and reduce callbacks Coach, train, and develop installers, holding the team accountable to production and safety goals Manage equipment, materials, and job readiness so crews have what they need on install day Track department KPIs and drive toward revenue and efficiency targets Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3 to 5 years minimum of residential HVAC experience, including time in installation Prior leadership, lead installer, or management experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation standards and best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen What We Offer Industry-leading pay rates Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Weekly training Paid training opportunities Growth and development training Birthday pay Company-supplied uniforms Company-wide events like picnics and outings And more! #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire Right Recruiting
