In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work hand-in-hand with our customers.

The Mission Capability Verification Center within Systems Integration and Test is searching for engineers to support program test operations with our team at White Sands Missile Range, NM.

This position is an onsite role. Anticipated travel will be up to 50%. Travel to support test implementation at both domestic and international locations. Test events may occur over weekends or holidays, and will require extended hours

What You Will Do:

Activities include but are not limited to:

• Support installation and testing of engineering modifications and updates
• Support integration and test activities to identify, diagnose, and correct issues
• Support mission execution test events for our radars or missile flight tests, which could include travel to various sites on range threats; or what counter measures should be considered to increase effectivity and/or survivability and other operational performance related questions.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• 0+ years of experience with a Masters degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Experience with the instrumentation and/or operation of data acquisition systems
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Active Secret clearance
• Ability to analyze and problem solve in real time

• Familiarity with scripting
• Familiarity with MATLAB
• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
