About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to strengthen its operational leadership and support significant organizational growth. The role will lead and develop operational teams, build leadership capacity, and integrate acquired locations. Responsibilities include establishing clear performance metrics, holding leaders accountable, and creating consistent processes and infrastructure across a multi-location operation. The Vice President will also partner with senior leadership to shape and execute operational strategy. Candidates should have leadership experience in multi-location building products distribution and a strong record of developing people and leadership teams. The role requires a KPI-driven approach, confidence in setting expectations and managing performance, and experience scaling an organization through substantial growth. Applicants should be prepared to travel extensively across the branch network.
