Shift: Variable – Monday to Friday 7:30 am‑5 pm; no weekend availability; FULLY REMOTE schedule options available. Deadline to Apply: 12/31/2026 Job Summary: Answer patient phone calls regarding refill requests and other needs in Pharmacy Patient Support Services. Accurately document and route calls appropriately in the electronic health record (EHR). Provide excellent customer service and utilize problem‑solving skills to address patient requests and concerns within scope. Responsibilities: Answer patient phone calls regarding refill requests. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of related experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work on a variable shift schedule.
