Facilitates the scheduling of all new patients with physician and nursing input along with patient access prior to their first appointment and works with navigation when appropriate. Handles all outgoing referrals to outside physicians when applicable.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**1. Coordinates new patient intake and care for all physicians 2. Facilitates the scheduling of all new patients with Physician and nursing input along with patient access and SELROG physicians in accordance to acuity and need 3.
