Technical Business Analyst

Job TitleExperience Required: 3-5 years of experienceWhat You'll Do:Collaborate across multiple business units, technology teams, and 3rd party SaaS provider to understand, develop, and define requirements with the coordinating acceptance criteriaAnalyze and document requirements from multiple sources, including test cases/acceptance criteriaCollaborate and coordinate the development of: Process flowsTraceability matricesWork estimatesTest plansTest results with project test leadConduct test case and test plan reviews to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly definedEnsure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved/escalated in a timely mannerEffectively convey how various issues affect each other and the outcome of the project and the overall programUnderstand expectations set with the client, recognize when issues/events may affect delivery, and communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutionsFollow through with commitments and foster mutual trust with all working groupsEnsure the project team is kept well informed of project changes with open communicationEffectively apply company project methodology and enforce standardsMinimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or other related field, or equivalent training/experienceAt least 3 years of work experienceExperience with: Requirements facilitation and gatheringDefining acceptance criteriaTesting best practices (functional, unit, integration, regression)Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:Experience with airline crew management and/or pay productsSkills, Licenses & Certifications:Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasksProficient with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel spreadsheetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood understanding of payroll processing in accordance with labor contractsResponsibilities:Requirements collection, evaluation, and documentation of findings, including gap analysisAnalysis and data collection from various systemsAnalyze and document requirements, including coordinating acceptance criteria/test casesProcess mapping and modeling (both current state and future state) documentation, including: FlowchartsTraceability matricesStakeholder management and communicationSolution implementation and testingRequired Skills: Agile Methodology
