Travel CVOR Registered Nurse - $2,816 per week

Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact license (pending WI license accepted at submission)
Minimum 5 years of recent CVOR RN experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (must be active at submission)
Previous travel experience required
Epic charting experience required
Extensive CVOR experience including CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, TAVR, Fem-Pop bypass, thoracotomies, lung resections, vascular procedures, and cardiac medication administration
Experience with Hybrid OR, IABP, cardiac monitoring, blood product administration, and advanced cardiovascular surgical procedures
Ability to take heavy call (4–5 days per week, every other weekend, and holidays)
NIHSS certification required during compliance
Must provide two supervisor references after offer acceptance and complete facility compliance requirements
