Requirements Strong experience with SAP and Ariba Direct purchasing experience required 3 to 5+ years of experience Experience working with electronics companies Experience supporting business operations Onsite role based in Austin, TX Strong skills in Excel, purchase order tracking, and Microsoft Office Experience handling pricing changes Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Looking for a Buyer candidate Job Duties Buying small component parts, hard drives, and cables Familiarity with standard distribution suppliers MRP experience preferred Knowledge of a PO system (no specific one required) Ensuring timely order placement of product or service requirements from pre-selected sources of supply Issuing releases against pre-established blanket purchase orders Providing follow‑up information on delivery schedule status Preparing and maintaining reports and files Providing general assistance to Buyers and Section Managers in routine purchasing activities Performing other duties as assigned Experience and Education Minimum of 0-2 years of direct purchasing experience Knowledge of purchasing systems and procedures Word processing and spreadsheet skills highly desirable Electronic component experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr ManpowerGroup Global, Inc.
