A Day in the Life of a Nursery Associate As a Nursery Associate, you provide an exceptional shopping experience for each customer. You bring enthusiasm for gardening to create an inviting atmosphere that makes shopping fun. Responsibilities include: Providing outstanding customer service and guiding customers to the products they need Performing general retail tasks such as stocking materials, watering plants, and answering phones Keeping the store area clean and organized Actively reaching out to customers and answering their questions Assisting customers with carrying their purchases Qualifications Ability to lift 20+ pounds Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time Plant knowledge or gardening experience is a plus Working Conditions Part‑time position with flexible schedule and no late evenings.
