Alameda Corpus Christi TX 78411 \n Floor: 2 West \n Building: Doctors Regional \n \n General Information \n Tell us about the unit(s): \n · Number of Beds – 8 inpatient beds 8 admission unit beds typically but occasionally flex up to 12 inpatient beds depending on overall hospital census \n · Number of Staff – 10 \n · Type of staff: \n o Day Shift – 1 chg, 2 rn, 1 pca \n o Night Shift – 1 chg, 2 rn, 1 pca \n · Patient Ratios – maximum 6:1 \n · Type of equipment – standard \n · EMR – meditech \n · Unit currently consists of Med/Surg Pt’s \n Typical hiring profile \n Skill Set Most recruited for: \n \n Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. \n · Acute med/surg experience 1 years within the last year \n · Ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time \n Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. \n · Acute med/surg experience 2 years w/in the last year \n Would prefer RN's w/ortho or neuro-surgery background.
