The Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant, you are a part of the whole customer experience — from the first conversation to final payment.

This is a field sales role, not a desk job.

You will:

• Generate opportunities through door-to-door canvassing and referrals
• Inspect properties for storm damage
• Guide customers through insurance claims
• Sign contingency agreements and close deals
• Meet with insurance adjusters on-site
• Review estimates with homeowners
• Track everything inside our CRM
• Be available for our support staff's assistance in getting your files installed and closed out

Schedule Expectations

• Full-time, field-based role
• Monday – Saturday
• Availability between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

This is a performance-driven role. Flexibility is earned.

Compensation

• 100% commission-based
• Uncapped earning potential
• Realistic opportunity to earn $200K+
