Facilities Director IIThe YMCA of Central Texas is seeking full-time, experienced and motivated individuals to join our team of professionals as Facilities Director II for our Cedar Park, Hutto, and Burnet locations.The Facilities Director will oversee the general maintenance of the Cedar Park, Hutto, and Burnet locations and management of maintenance and custodial staff, to ensure good member experience and a pristine facility.Duties include, but are not limited to:Repair and maintain branch interior, exterior, and equipment; supervise maintenance tasks for prompt and accurate completion; coordinate work by third party maintenance services personnelPerform limited plumbing, electrical, equipment and structural repairs on community buildings, or special projects, as neededOversee the Aquatic Center and ensure it is in working order i.e. plumbing, HVAC, lighting, cleaning, identify and make/schedule all necessary repairsSupervise all employees in Custodial and Maintenance departments and outside cleaning serviceProvide support for district special events by pre-event set up and tear downSkills/Requirements:Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience2-3 years' experience in maintenance, construction, emergency repairs and/or roofing, or equivalent combination of work experience and education preferredWorking knowledge of new construction, remodel projects, roofing systems/repairs, and other related upkeepExperience working on electrical, plumbing, and carpentry projectsSupervisory experience preferredCPO Certification preferredMust pass reference checks, pre-employment drug screen, background check and sex offender registry checkPay Rate: $55,000 to $60,000/yearWe offer a comprehensive benefits package including pay commensurate with skills and experience; Medical/Dental/Vision options, LTD/Life Insurance, Paid-time off for Vacation, Sick and Holiday, Tuition Assistance, Family Membership to YMCAs in Central Texas, discount for Child Care programming and 12% company paid Retirement after two years of full-time service and meeting vesting rules.About Us: We are a not-for-profit services Association focusing on mission driven initiatives, with a vision of building strong kids, strong families and strong communities throughout 7 Texas Counties.
