LPN – LTC | NOC
Location: Beaver City, Nebraska (NE)
Facility Type: LTC / Nursing Home
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
Hours: 36 hours guaranteed/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP

Job Summary:
Beaver City Manor is seeking a reliable and experienced LPN to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care/nursing home setting. The ideal candidate will have strong LTC experience, a dependable work history, and flexibility to work additional hours when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and ongoing care.
• Maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and privacy.
• Follow infection-control, facility, and regulatory standards.
• Respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions and emergencies.
• Work collaboratively with the night-shift team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license.
• Previous Long-Term Care/Nursing Home experience required.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.
• Limited time-off requests preferred during the assignment.

Additional Information:

• 36 hours guaranteed weekly.
• Facility may offer approximately 48 hours/week if additional full-time night coverage is needed.
• Assignment is likely to extend based on performance and facility needs.
• Overtime may be available if needed.
• Previous completed contracts and strong reliability are preferred.
