Home Health Physical Therapist

The role requires 25% travel. Candidates must possess a California license. Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 shift cancellations per 13-week assignment. Charting system utilized will be Cerner. This position is within the Allied Health division. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
