Physical Therapist (Contract)
Location: California, 93230
Pay: $2,351 – $2,635/week
Schedule: 1st Shift | 12-hour Day Shifts
Plans and implements treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
Serves as co-leader within an interdisciplinary care team
Ensures patient-centered care while meeting departmental objectives
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress
Document care accurately and within required timelines
Supervise assistants and collaborate with the care team
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in California (Required)
BLS/CPR Certification (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Required)
Master’s or Doctorate Degree (Preferred)
Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience (Preferred)
