In this dynamic role, you will specialize in applying high-quality eyelash extensions to create stunning, customized looks for our diverse clientele. This position offers the opportunity to work in a lively, client-focused environment that values innovation, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. This job has an option to be a W-2 employee OR booth renting opportunities. Must be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. No exceptions. The space at The Perfected Flower is extremely unique. The lash technician space features heavy inspiration from the 1960s-70s. The lash tech that occupies this space would need to have a love for vibrant colors and vintage items. Lash techs who do vibrant sets are a plus! Duties Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and attention to detail, ensuring safety and comfort for each client Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to uphold health standards and client safety Educate clients on eyelash care, maintenance, and recommended touch-up schedules Assist with retail sales of eyelash extension products and aftercare items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Square Appointments Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries promptly Support the team with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promotions, and engaging content to attract new clients Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry, particularly with eyelash extensions or related aesthetic treatments Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain procedures clearly Knowledge of sanitation practices, sterilization techniques, and salon safety protocols Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service Experience in customer service, retail sales, and upselling products or services to enhance client experience Competence in social media management to promote services and engage with the community Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms lives!
