In this Barista role, you are the heartbeat of the café experience. As the doors open and the first guests arrive, you're already in motion, crafting espresso drinks with precision, managing multiple orders with ease, and keeping your energy steady even during the busiest rushes. You seamlessly move between tasks, all while connecting with guests and ensuring each interaction feels personal. Your ability to stay calm, efficient, and friendly transforms a simple coffee run into a moment worth coming back for.

All we ask is that you meet these qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of how to make espresso drinks
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred qualifications include having a genuine personality, being awesome with people, and being a strong team player. We're looking for someone positive, dependable, and ready to contribute to a collaborative environment.

WORK SCHEDULE

We are looking for someone with evening availability from 2-8:30 pm, Monday - Thursday and morning availability from 7 am - 4 pm Friday - Sunday.
