The Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center, conveniently located right next door to the Tennessee Titans stadium in Downtown Nashville, is dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk youth. Pay: $65,000-$97,850 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience

What you will do: The Director of Treatment Services will provide individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the licensed therapist, as well as the completion of treatment for students under their care. This may include services such as clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team. As the Director of Treatment Services, you may document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals. This position may require you to provide crisis intervention, as necessary, and does require monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care.

To be considered you should: Have a Tennessee license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, OR LMFT ~ Must have a Master's Degree in a relevant field ~ Minimum of five years of related experience specifically about the needs of students placed through the Juvenile Justice System ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry ~ Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver's License

Schedule: Typical schedule: 5-days on - 2 days off. Days of the week may vary, evening and weekend hours as necessary.
