Role Summary:
NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Room RN to join our team in Mountain Home, ID for a full-time night shift position. You will provide direct, high-acuity care to patients in urgent and life-threatening conditions in a fast-paced emergency department.

What You'll Do:

• Triage, assess, and rapidly stabilize patients based on severity
• Deliver trauma-informed and evidence-based nursing interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Administer medications, IVs, and perform emergency procedures
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate, real-time documentation
• Comply with infection control and safety standards
• Support patients and families through education and crisis care

What We Need from You:

• Active and unrestricted Idaho RN License or Compact RN License.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required)
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
