The Opportunity  

At our Coal Center facility, you'll help produce the corrugated boxes that businesses and consumers rely on every day. As a Production Team Member, you'll gain hands-on experience operating equipment, meeting production goals, and creating quality products in a safe, team-focused environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Position: Production Team Member 

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

Pay: $18.47/hr + $0.55/hr shift differential for 2nd

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards to help create products our customers can rely on.
• Set up, operate, and support production equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
• Support your team by learning multiple processes, assisting where needed, and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Accurately complete production documentation and help ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

What you need to succeed

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions, read production specifications, and learn new equipment and processes.
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.

  Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, crouch, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, handle, and operate equipment safely.
