Rental Sales Agent (RSA)

Rental Sales Agent Sixt Rent a Car, a Tom Wood Group company, is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Rental Sales Agents for Indianapolis airport. As a Rental Sales Agent, you’ll be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs while providing an exceptional rental experience. This is a sales-focused, customer-facing position with an opportunity to increase your earnings through an uncapped bonus and commission program. Compensation

• Base Pay: $17/hour
• Estimated Total Annual Earnings: $40,000–$60,000, including bonus and commission opportunities
• Uncapped earning potential: Your sales performance can directly increase your overall compensation

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate rental vehicle.
• Explain and promote optional products, services, upgrades, and other rental options.
• Create a positive rental experience while maximizing sales and service opportunities.
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Complete rental transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all rental activities comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and our customers.
