Join us if you are passionate about cleanliness, guest service, and being part of a team that values your contribution to creating a lasting impression.What You Will Do:Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, well-maintained, and prepared to meet the Salt Hotels standard of excellence.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.Restock room amenities and supplies, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.Handle the proper processing of guest laundry, ensuring items are cleaned and returned in a timely and professional manner.Promptly respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of customer service.Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.Work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.Listen to and act on feedback from guests and management to continually improve service and guest satisfaction.Keep accurate records of room supplies and notify management of any inventory needs or maintenance issues.What You Will Need:Previous experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality sector preferred.A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.Strong communication skills, able to understand and respond to guest needs promptly.Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, bend, and lift up to a certain weight.Join the Salt Hotels Collection team as a Room Attendant and contribute to our vision of redefining hospitality through personalized service, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
