Production Tech

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company in Littleton, MA to hire a Production Technician for a temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or production experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay : $25.00 – $28.00/hour, depending on experience
Location : Littleton, MA
Job Type : Temporary

Job Duties:

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components following work instructions and production schedules.
• Perform routine testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Operate production equipment and assist with equipment setup and changeovers.
• Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and basic test equipment to complete production tasks.
• Accurately complete production documentation and maintain records of work performed.
• Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or process improvements to supervisors.
• Support inventory of production materials and maintain organized workstations.
• Assist Engineering and Production teams with prototype builds and product rework as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures.
• Basic computer skills for production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
