The team offers a collaborative, professional environment with a modern office, strong team support, and opportunities to gain valuable experience within the supply chain field.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support to a busy Supply Planning team. This position is highly focused on reporting, data entry, system maintenance, tracking, and communication rather than strategic forecasting or independent supply chain decision-making.The ideal candidate enjoys working with data and established processes, is comfortable in Excel and ERP systems, and can communicate professionally with both internal teams and external business partners.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update purchase order information within an ERP system to ensure records remain accurate and current.Process new product and supplier information following established procedures.Review supply chain data and prepare routine reports for internal teams.Run recurring reports related to product availability, order quantities, and supply activity.Monitor order activity and identify discrepancies or changes that need to be communicated to the appropriate team.Prepare and distribute regular order-related communications to business partners.Track supplier information and performance data using established reporting processes.Maintain accurate product and supplier records, including relevant product information and documentation.Complete data entry and system updates while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Review reports and information for missing or inconsistent data and communicate exceptions as needed.Assist with recurring reporting deadlines and time-sensitive supply chain communications.Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners through email and phone regarding order status, updates, and routine supply chain information.Maintain organized documentation and follow established processes and procedures.Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Supply Planning team.Complete additional operational tasks and reporting as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.1–3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, customer service, or a related field.Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data queries.Experience working with an ERP system required; SAP experience strongly preferred.Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and moderately sized data sets.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Professional and positive approach when communicating with internal and external contacts.Ability to follow established procedures and manage recurring deadlines.Customer service experience is a plus, particularly experience communicating with customers or business partners when addressing order updates or service issues.PerksHybrid schedule with two remote days per weekConsistent Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM scheduleModern, professional office environmentOpportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP, Excel, supply chain reporting, and operational processesExposure to a broad range of supply chain functionsCollaborative and supportive team environmentStrong opportunity for professional development within an established organizationFast interview and hiring process
