Journeyman Electrician – Lead Commercial & Industrial Power Installations

Job Overview:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Varied, OT Available)

You will serve as a core field technician delivering top-tier electrical installations across regional commercial and industrial projects. Working alongside Lumix Group partners, you will expand your technical capabilities within a collaborative, growth-focused environment. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute complex commercial and industrial electrical installations, including wiring, panel boards, and lighting systems.
• Precision-bend and install various raceways ranging from ½" to 4" utilizing hand, electric, and hydraulic benders.
• Diagnose, isolate, and repair technical electrical faults in existing commercial and industrial infrastructure.
• Interpret detailed blueprints and schematics to guarantee field work meets NEC standards.
• Enforce rigorous job site safety protocols, including LOTO procedures and proper PPE utilization.
• Coordinate directly with general contractors and clients to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on commercial or industrial electrical field experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical raceways, panel board installations, and technical schematic reading.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for regional work with full per-diem provided.
• High school diploma or GED and basic tech literacy for daily digital reporting.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Fulton, MO area prior to start date.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience with an active Journeyman License.
• Hands-on familiarity with PLCs, automated controls, VFDs, and Soft Starts.
• Proven background working on large-scale industrial infrastructure projects.
