Location: Howell, MI

Type of Job: Full time

Shifts: Days - Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. & Evening shift: 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercises, and conducting assessments to diagnose and manage movement dysfunction. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating personalized care plans, educating patients and their families about the treatment process, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to diagnose movement dysfunction and develop treatment plans
• Experience in providing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Proficiency in documentation and medical record-keeping
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Michigan
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
